This is self care program is towards integrating yoga for the holistic healing of both body and mind towards finding your unique wholeness in a healthier and happier you.
Private sessions of yoga
1-2-1 Yoga, Groups -friends or family; Workplace setting.
There are many reasons for wanting to exercise both mind and body and yoga is exceptional for this.
Some requests have been in building confidence, working on building strength & flexibility in body. Working with specific health issues - eg. grief, menopause, long term health conditions as well as working with mental health concerns.
Research, and in my personal experience has shown yoga being beneficial for instance in managing stress, anxiety, depression, working with injury, long term health condition and in building confidence, there are more.
What to expect from your sessions?
In engaging with this program, there will be an initial consultation of 50 minutes, looking at your desired goals.
A program will be designed for you to work with over a set period of time whilst giving you time to work towards your goals.
Finally we will then review your progress.
